The Department of Cardiovascular Diseases at Mayo Clinic's campus in Jacksonville, Florida, with 32 cardiologist, 22 advanced practice providers, and several full-time researchers dedicated to outstanding patient care and innovation in translational and clinical research related to disorders of the heart, arteries, veins, and lymphatic vessels. Each group focuses on a particular segment of cardiology or vascular medicine. Their specific expertise is a resource for everyone and enables the entire department to stay at the leading edge of change in cardiology and vascular medicine. You will have the opportunity to re-record your answer to each question - Mayo Clinic will only see the final recording. The complete interview will be reviewed by a Mayo Clinic staff member and you will be notified of next steps.
Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the FL State Board of Medical Practice.
BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross and DEA registration required
