As we embark on an ambitious journey to expand our footprint into the U.S. market, we are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies tailored to the U.S. audience. Based in Miami, you will play a crucial role in our U.S. expansion, ensuring our products meet the market needs and enhance our brand's presence in this new and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute product strategies to launch and scale our services in the U.S. market, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Understand and interpret relevant regulatory requirements, translating them into detailed technical requirements to ensure product compliance.
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities, translating insights into actionable product enhancements and innovations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, and engineering, to ensure product goals are met and timelines are adhered to.
  • Define and prioritize product features and requirements, managing the roadmap and product lifecycle from conception through launch.
  • Lead user testing and feedback sessions to refine product offerings and ensure market fit.
  • Foster strategic partnerships and liaise with stakeholders to gather product feedback and ensure continuous improvement.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably within healthcare or technology sectors, and ideally involving market expansions or startups.
  • Deep understanding of the U.S. market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • Strong track record of developing, launching, and managing successful products.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of motivating teams and collaborating with senior stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with a strong ability to translate data into strategic decisions.
