Registered Dietitians play an important role in enhancing the overall health and quality of life for our residents through the assessment of nutritional status and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to develop an individualized nutritional plan of care.

Works with the Culinary and Nutrition Manager to coordinate nutritional care of the residents by completing nutritional assessments, developing and implementing care plans and documenting nutrition information in the medical records.
Monitors culinary expenses and works with the Culinary and Nutrition Manager to develop solutions for variances.
E values to our residents, family members, customers, and staff.
Assists with training of new dietitians and dietitian assistants.
Must be able to travel to different ASC communities within the region.
Required: Must have and maintain current dietitian registration from the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
Nutrition documentation experience and one to three years experience with Long-Term Care and Management in healthcare and food service.
As a Registered Dietitian at ASC, you will have the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with residents and their families, which will allow you to witness the positive outcomes of your efforts while providing a sense of fulfillment in the work that you are doing.
After 90 days of employment, we offer alternative schedules for our Registered Dietitians, with the potential for remote work.
