Experience the thrill of working at the Iowa Speedway as a Special Event Security Guard Join our team and be a part of the action as an Raceday Security Officer at the Iowa Speedway this summer We are looking for Special Event Security Officers to work shifts June 14-16 and July 12-14.
00 per hour (shifts available at varying rates not below $16.00 per hour)
Non-exempt position (eligible for overtime when applicable under state law)
The responsibility of Special Event Security Guards executes safety and security objectives as outlined by the Company's policies and procedures.
As a Special Event Security Guard, you'll have a front-row seat to some of the most thrilling moments in motorsport. Flexible Schedule:

As an Indycar Race Security Officer, your primary responsibility is to ensure the safety and security of all attendees during the event. Safeguarding valuable assets for businesses and vendors involved in the race.
Maintaining a vigilant presence and promptly reporting any issues or potential hazards to the Special Event Security Supervisor.
Familiarizing yourself with event logistics, rules, and regulations to provide accurate information to guests.
Delivering exceptional customer service, including offering directions and answering questions about the race venue and local attractions.
Working outdoors in various weather conditions to ensure the well-being of race attendees.
Adhering to dress code requirements and responsibly handling company equipment.
Provide credible references and I-9 Employment Eligibility Documentation (legal eligibility to work in the U.Must be 18+ years old.
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Ability to stand and walk for several hours per shift.
Basic computer skills.
