Successfully lead all provider implementation activities for the SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise customer segment.
Develop, own, and oversee the provider implementation strategy, project management, and playbook to deliver value to providers through expedited onboarding timelines, increased customer adoption and proficiency, and reduced post sale churn.
Partner with the Interoperability, Customer Education & Training, Customer Success, and Technical Customer Care groups to align on implementation best practices and set a standard for how this comapny implements new provider customers.
Manage all implementation KPI’s and report monthly on performance to executives and key stakeholders.
P&L ownership and management
Other responsibilities as communicated, align with typical leadership responsibilities (i.e. owning and managing daily standups, weekly and monthly meetings, and 1:1’s, etc..).
15+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, with 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
~ Deep understanding of implementation and project management standards and best practices.
~ Knowledge of the 21st Century CURES Act and corresponding EVV requirements, Medicaid revenue cycle, and Medicaid billing rules.
~ An engaging leader with an executive presence who sets and maintains high standards, leads by example, and holds themselves and their staff accountable in over-achieving KPI’s and providing an exceptional customer experience.
~ Strong project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnership with cross-functional teams.
~ Demonstrated experience in building scalable and repeatable processes in a system of record SaaS implementation organization.
~ Track record of hiring, training, coaching, mentoring, and retaining high performing staff.
~ 5+ years of experience in system of record SaaS software implementation, with provider healthcare experience strongly preferred.
