_ The Licensed Mental Health Therapist will use their professional skills to assess and evaluate the patient(s) to formulate a personalized plan of care in coordination with the patient's caregiver, healthcare team, and community resources/ referrals. This position will be supervised externally by a psychiatrist with whom there is a Practice Agreement established and work in conjunction with our other Mental Health Therapist and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP.) The goal of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist will be to help the patient(s) understand, identify, and set therapeutic goals for concerns such as trauma, mental/personality/behavioral disorder, and family dysfunction. This is a unique opportunity to provide mental health services to patients who otherwise may not be able to access them. The one-on-one setting ensures that the Licensed Mental Health Therapist can quickly connect with our patients to ensure individualized plan of care and make a positive lasting impression.
Active full license or provisional license Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LIMHP) in the state of Nebraska.
Two (2) years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families in an outpatient setting preferred.
Ability to confidently work with youth, adult, and geriatric populations.
Solid computer and basic technology skills in order to complete clinical documentation with 48 hours of service and incident reports within same day.
