* We help physicians address everything beyond surgical procedures, including anesthesia and ancillary service lines.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an HR Diligence and Integration Coordinator. In this role, you will play a crucial part in facilitating the seamless integration of new acquisitions into our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include scheduling, coordinating onboarding activities, tracking project activities, and providing support to the HR Integration Analyst and HR Integration Manager throughout the deal lifecycle.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, project tracking, and other relevant activities related to mergers and acquisitions.
* Track project activities and milestones to ensure timely completion and adherence to deadlines.
* Provide administrative support to the HR Integration Analyst, including organizing documents, maintaining records, and assisting with data analysis.
* Assist in the development and implementation of integration plans, including communication strategies, cultural alignment initiatives, and harmonization efforts.
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 0-2 years of related work experience
* Previous experience in HR coordination, project management, is preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
* Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and regulations is a plus.
