Hospital: Our Oncology unit is a 24 bed newly-renovated, fast paced Acute Care unit. Nurses receive support from ancillary interdisciplinary team members as well as patient care technicians. We care for the adult population with a variety of diagnoses, such as: Primary cancer diagnosis: breast, lung, colon, Chemotherapy administration (once certified) and symptom management, Blood dyscrasias: anemia, hemophilia, sickle cell, and General Med/Surg overflow.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements for self and within unit.
Conduct hiring, training, directing, development and evaluating of staff.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Licensed Registered Nurse credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Nursing or current home state license for multi-state license recognition "Compact State" obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
