Supervision and Leadership : Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of lube employees. Service Management : Oversee and coordinate all quick lube services, including oil changes, fluid checks, filter replacements, tire rotations, and other routine maintenance tasks.
Quality Control : Ensure all services are performed to the highest standards and in accordance with manufacturer specifications and company policies.
Training and Development : Provide training and development opportunities for lube employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Maintain accurate records of services performed, customer interactions, and inventory levels utilizing technology provided.
Address and resolve any issues or complaints from customers or team members promptly and effectively.
Ensure the quick lube area is kept clean, organized, and safe at all times. Inspections : Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues, such as leaks, worn parts, or other maintenance needs.
Attention to Detail : High attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy in all services performed to identify and prevent potential issues in all positions of the quick lube.
Leadership : Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Organizational Aptitude : Ability to learn organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Certifications : Relevant certifications or technical training in automotive maintenance is a plus. Completion of a vocational training program in automotive technology is advantageous.
Schedule : Full-time position with potential for weekend and evening shifts.
