Staff Product Manager, Analytics and Business Intelligence
4 weeks ago
To bridge the gap between financial services brands, merchants, and their users worldwide, transforming the way they connect through our easy-to-use, turnkey rewards programs.
Our approach is all about delivering value and beauty, making sure that every interaction with your brand feels special. Loyalty programs have come a long way, moving from the sidelines to play a starring role in how brands engage with their customers. But the journey hasn't been smooth for everyone, especially in financial services, where outdated tech and a lack of innovation have made truly engaging rewards programs a challenge to implement. We believe that a great loyalty program is a game-changer for both financial institutions and their customers. That's why we've built the world's largest rewards currency (Points/miles) transfer network, partnering with over 50 global brands to bring a universe of redemption options to your doorstep. From travel bookings to crypto purchases, we're here to help you offer rewards that resonate.
Our goal is to make our platform even more flexible and user-friendly, allowing our customers to tailor their rewards program just like you'd design your own website. Whether its large bank or a nimble fintech startup, we believe loyalty should be within everyone's reach.
As a vital member of the Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) team, you’ll work to catalyze the transformation of data into dynamic, actionable visualizations and insights that propel user, customer, and merchant engagement to unprecedented heights.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will work at the intersection of the company's Engineering, Business Development, Customer Success and Partnership teams.
A proven track record in building compelling value propositions for customers via data insights and visualizations that tell a unique story.
You will be managing all lifecycle stages for a product from ideation through sunset, ensuring that deliverables are understood, releases are delivered on time, and users are engaged.
You’ll work directly with our engineers and other key stakeholders to determine the best solution and ship features that make a difference.
10+ years of Product Management experience working directly with engineering teams.
~ Minimum 5 years of SaaS or consumer apps experience is required in a product role.
~ You have a knack for data visualization and telling a great story with data.
