Role and Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end audit processes for first-party (1P) and third-party (3P) metrics. Proactively plan, execute, and remediate audits with internal and external stakeholders. Audit Planning: Align scope with auditors. Identify audit Points of Contact (PoCs) from all relevant organizations within the company. Communicate requirements and timelines to PoCs. Create and maintain program planning and management artifacts such as GANTT charts, internal tasks, playbooks, etc. Update audit runbook using insights from previous audits. Audit Execution: Coordinate tasks between external auditors and internal PoCs. Provide necessary documentation. Conduct weekly status meetings with auditors and internal PoCs. Provide progress updates to leadership. Remediation: Review auditor reports. Address areas of non-compliance. Create and execute remediation plans. Manage internal remediation process. Provide evidence to auditors. Continuously improve program efficiency and meet audit SLAs. Run awareness programs. Track program progress and publish weekly status reports. Ensure audit quality across all cross-functional teams. Skills Needed / Required: Strong communication skills. Collaboration abilities. Management experience in governance programs. Leadership qualities. Data-driven and results-oriented mindset. Ability to influence without authority. Preferred: Technical familiarity with end-to-end metric creation for digital advertising campaigns. SQL knowledge for data analysis. Prior audit experience. Benefits: 401(k). Dental Insurance.
