Su plataforma permitirá mantener un control de activos mediante la identificación, evaluación y monitorización de los mismos, y, para seguir evolucionando su producto, necesitan de un/a Software Engineer que les ayude en este gran reto….¿Te unes? Se encuentran en una fase de construcción del MVP. La persona que se incorpore en el equipo tendrá como objetivo colaborar en el diseño y desarrollo de la plataforma inicial .

Entrarás en el mejor momento Donde el terreno se está preparando para colocar los primeros cimientos. Tienen un montón de retos técnicos e ideas innovadoras en las que serás principal artífice. Tu misión será trabajar codo a codo con los fundadores y el equipo de ingeniería. Desarrollarás componentes de base, trabajarás con lenguajes de programación como Golang y Typescript. Usan metodología Agile, por lo que podrás centrarte en lo que realmente importa. Tendrás la oportunidad de adentrarte en el desarrollo de un producto innovador de seguridad, investigar y evaluar nuevas tecnologías de blockchain. Los retos más importantes a día de hoy son:

  • Creación de componentes del Core.
  • Investigación en Security & Blockchain
  • Participación en la definición del roadmap.
Tu primer día En 1 mes

Habrás completado tu onboarding y conocido al equipo fundador. Sabrás cuál es el objetivo de Dedge, su visión, misión y hacia dónde van. Así mismo, te empezarás a familiarizar con el stack tecnológico sobre el cual está montado su proyecto.

  • Trabajarás de forma conjunta con el resto del equipo, participarás en revisiones de código y priorización de tareas.
  • Contribuirás en las decisiones técnicas y arquitectónicas.
  • Producirás software altamente escalable y de calidad.
  • Encontrarás soluciones innovadoras para desafiar los problemas.
  • Te responsabilizarás de la entrega de nuevas funcionalidades y actualizaciones para entregar valor lo antes posible.

Tienen una estructura muy horizontal, la comunicación para ellos es muy importante y fomentan que todo el mundo pueda dar siempre su opinión constructiva, aquí no encontrarás barreras,

Usan Scrum para organizar el flujo de trabajo y así intentar tener bien planificadas las entregas. Las reuniones de seguimiento que tengan sentido y el resto de la comunicación es asíncrona, lo que facilitará mucho tu productividad.

Slack, Zoom y Jira son parte de las herramientas que utilizan para organizarse y verse las caras.

Su jornada es muy flexible, solo se te pide disponibilidad para las dailies y reuniones de equipo, el resto de la jornada podrás autogestionarte as you like. Cada uno/a tiene claras sus tareas y eso hace que sea muy sencillo organizarse el tiempo como prefieras.

Esta posición es 100% remota, por lo que mientras te asegures que tienes buena conexión, el lugar lo pones tú.

De vez en cuando, te invitarán a Madrid, donde tienen su centro de operaciones, para participar en reuniones puntuales y alguna formación que otra que pudiera surgir.

  • Rubén Jiménez. (Co-Founder & CEO): Con gran experiencia en ingeniería desde que empezó a cacharrear en el mundo de la seguridad hace más de 20 años, apasionado de la tecnología y de las startups. Le encanta arrancar proyectos novedosos y montar equipos de gente dispuesta a crear cosas nuevas donde los retos son constantes.Tras haber vendido su anterior empresa en Silicon Valley, tiene muchas ganas de hacer algo más grande.
  • Paco Moral (Co-Founder & CMO): En ciberseguridad desde que esta se llamaba seguridad lógica, creando nuevos servicios y productos para ayudar a las empresas en los desconocidos desafíos a los que se enfrentaban. Le encanta trabajar con equipos multidisciplinares para innovar en el acercamiento a los clientes. Es de las personas que se adelanta al problema, imagina la solución antes de que este exista. Su próximo proyecto: compartir el siguiente viaje a Silicon Valey.

Buscan que su próximo/a Software Engineer venga con muchas ganas y actitud y que, entre otras cosas, tengas:

  • Al menos 5 años de experiencia en ingeniería de software.
  • Experiencia en la creación de arquitectura de microservicios con Golang.
  • Experiencia en desarrollo, implementación y automatización en AWS.
  • Experiencia probada con React y TypeScript.
  • Experiencia interactuando con API REST.
  • Buena capacidad de comunicación, tanto oral como escrita.

Da puntos extras ….

  • Estar familiarizado/a con IaC, Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Conocimiento en CSS y habilidades básicas de UI/UX.
  • Experiencia previa desarrollando en plataformas SAAS B2B.
