Regional Accounting Assistant

This role plays a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting project managers, and ensuring timely invoicing and collections. Setting up and managing project accounts in the accounting system.
Performing monthly billing for projects using specific reports and spreadsheets.
Generating and tracking A/R reports to assist with collection efforts.
Assisting project managers with planning and tracking personnel workloads.
Providing backup support for accounts payable when needed.
Responding to inquiries and requests from project managers.


Proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation.
Strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.
Experience in the construction, engineering, inspection, or architecture industry is highly desirable
