Job Description Mid-level Patent Litigation Associate in Intellectual Property & Technology in Los Angeles, CA
A minimum of three years of prior work experience in patent litigation, ideally managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB, with experience in litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical).
Strong research, writing, and analytic skills.
The ability to manage and mentor more junior associates.
A technical life science undergraduate and/or graduate degree is preferred.
Must be currently licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the jurisdiction(s) of application.
