Assures continuity of patient care assessment and reassessment as per policy. Qualifications: * Licensure/Registration/Certification: Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider Certification; Experience: 1 year medical/surgical nursing experience; minimum 1 year psychiatric nursing experience; knowledge of computer and basic programs.
