Serves the organization by working with customers to include: inpatients, outpatients, physicians, allied healthcare professionals and the community by providing services such as education, referrals, and screenings. Utilizes clinical expertise in managing diabetes patients by providing appropriate information, training, and resources while employing effective problem-solving techniques to achieve desired outcomes.
