*Customer Care Representative answer calls regarding health and life insurance coverage and assisting in the enrollment process and servicing policies.
* Answer inbound calls from policy holders
* Handle multiple software systems and complex computer systems
* Provide policy holders with information about their policies and benefits
* Assist with claims on an as needed basis
* Act as advocates for policy holders through claims and billing issues
* Follow up with policy holders on pending issues and follow the case through the end
*Individuals with the following qualities will be a great fit:*
* Outgoing and engaging in person and over the phone
* Training & Onboarding:*
* To get started, you will commit to 8-12 weeks of training.
* Training is comprehensive and as such we expect you to limit PTO.
* After training you will move into a consistent schedule that ranges between 8am-8pm Monday to Friday.
* Most shifts will be 8am-5pm. There may be a need for 1-2 12p-8p shifts per week. We're partners in transformation.
