The work you do will have a direct impact on enhancing the quality of life for our residents and their families. We offer a competitive pay rate of $14 to $16 per hour for this position.

YOUR DAY AS A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT

As a Certified Nursing Assistant at Steelville Senior Living, you will play a vital role in assisting residents with their daily tasks of living. You will provide compassionate and personalized care, helping residents with activities such as dressing, bathing, and eating. Beyond practical assistance, you will also offer companionship and emotional support to the residents, ensuring they feel valued, comfortable, and safe.

To thrive as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Steelville Senior Living, you will need to possess a variety of skills and qualities. Firstly, you must hold a valid nursing assistant certification, demonstrating your knowledge and understanding of essential caregiving practices. If you are not yet certified, we will assist you to gain this certification at no cost to you. Additionally, empathy is crucial in this role, as you will be working closely with residents who may require emotional support and understanding.

Strong computer skills will also be beneficial as you may need to navigate electronic medical records or other software systems.
