Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation for plateware, glassware, flatware, cooking utensils, and all smallwares by using the dish machine and/or manual cleaning methods. Maintains the dish machine and area and ensures it is clean, safe, and sanitary.

Accurately and efficiently prepares a variety of hot and cold menu items following recipes, customer requests, and food safety standards.

Responsible for greeting and seating guests, maintaining the restaurant’s appearance and ensures tables are clean and ready for guests. Assists servers in ensuring guests’ needs are met in a clean and inviting environment

Provides timely, accurate, and friendly customer service. Grows sales through repeat customers, increased sales, and profitability. Makes informed suggestions for food and beverages. Delivers ordered items, maintains dining room cleanliness, and processes payment in a timely manner. Maintains a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment.
