This is a rare opportunity to skip the line and move directly into a principal-track leadership role, while still being hands-on in all phases of design and delivery. The ideal candidate is a confident seller/doer who wants to shape a team, drive business development, and be at the table as a future owner. Founded by a respected engineering leader who broke off from a major national firm, the company has grown exponentially over the last 10 years and dominates the local MEP space. Structural work is already coming in—and now they need the right leader to take the reins. If you’re tired of bureaucracy and ready to build something of your own, this is your shot.
