You will work directly with our leadership to develop the technical skills and professional expertise needed for a successful career in accounting. Salary: $25 - $26 per hourShift: FirstWork Hours: 8 AM - 4 PMEducation: Associate Responsibilities Manage daily cash and check deposit batches, including bank transmissions and software recording. Download daily ACH transactions and prepare necessary journal entry worksheets. Process and document all credit card transactions. Support the preparation of cash transaction reports for our outsourced billing vendor. Contract Billings & Revenue Management Prepare and input monthly billing for state contracts and the Montachusett Regional Transit Authority (MART). Maintain the contract revenue worksheet by accurately recording all billings and incoming payments. Collaborate with program staff to troubleshoot service units or attendance data. Analyze state accounts receivable and proactively communicate discrepancies to the Contract Manager. Assist with other special projects and duties as needed to support the finance team.
