As a Security Officer - Industrial Patrol Driver in Norwood, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service.

This position requires a valid driver’s license as you may be responsible for driving as part of your patrol duties. What You’ll Do: Provide customer service: by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations: in a calm, problem-solving manner.

Conduct regular and random patrols: throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the business premises and perimeter. Observe and report any unusual activity or potential hazards: within the facility. Assist employees, visitors, and contractors: with security-related inquiries and provide directions as needed. Help deter unauthorized access or suspicious activity: through visible presence and attentive patrols.

Collaborate with site personnel and Allied Universal management: to address security-related concerns. Maintain accurate records and logs: of incidents, patrols, and other relevant activities. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license: is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age: for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation: in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
