Overview:

Responsibilities:

- Perform a wide range of laboratory tests including blood sampling, RNA extraction, PCR, and assay procedures.

- Utilize medical terminology and anatomy knowledge to interpret test results accurately.

- Maintain aseptic techniques and adhere to laboratory safety protocols.

- Conduct research laboratory activities to support ongoing projects.

- Monitor vital signs and assist in patient care as needed.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure timely and accurate test results.

- Document all procedures and results meticulously for record-keeping purposes.

Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in laboratory training or high complexity testing.

- Proficiency in laboratory techniques and procedures.

- Knowledge of CLIA regulations and compliance standards.

- Strong understanding of medical terminology and anatomy.

- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing work environments.

- ASCP certification is a plus but not required.
