* *Graduation from a Physical Therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association (CAPTE)*
* *Physical Therapist License issued by the State of Alabama*
* *Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification *

*About the Job:*
* Provide comprehensive evaluations and testing, physical therapy treatments and education to patients with observed abnormalities in accordance with State Regulations and departmental policies.
* Plans, develops and implements a result-oriented treatment plan responsive to the individualized needs of the patient and includes clear, measurable goals. Modifies the treatment plan according to the patient's responses.
* Communicates regularly with members of the patient care team, the patient, family members and others involved with the patient's care.
* Document patient care records in accordance with outlined policies and procedures.
