* Execution Oversight: Supervise the execution of test cases, monitoring progress, identifying issues, and ensuring timely resolution of defects and discrepancies.
* Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure the reliability, performance, and usability of the upgraded Team Center system.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues associated with the upgrade process, develop mitigation strategies, and proactively address challenges to minimize disruptions.
* Communication and Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on testing progress, issues, and resolutions through status reports and meetings.
* Coordination with Development Team: Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing, ensuring smooth integration of fixes and enhancements.
* Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on the upgraded Team Center system, ensuring a smooth transition and adoption of new features and functionalities.
* Continuous Improvement: Evaluate the effectiveness of testing processes and methodologies, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and quality of future upgrades.
* Documentation and Knowledge Transfer: Ensure comprehensive documentation of test artifacts, processes, and outcomes, facilitating knowledge transfer and future reference for maintenance and further upgrades.
* Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately.
* Ability to follow test plans and execute test cases thoroughly to ensure comprehensive coverage.
* Mandatory requirements
* Work in Lisle, office 3 days a must
* Knowledge of PLM Team Center mandatory and working experience is a MUST
