Position Details:
Adult Patient
·Acuity Level: G-tube/Trach/Vent/ Has ALS
·Location: Paradise Valley (85253)
·Schedule: M/Tu/We or M/Tu/Th and Saturday, 9a-6p (DAY SHIFT)
About case: Patient is an adult male who is needing help 4 days a week. They are 9 hour shifts, The patient has ALS and a g-tube, trach, and vent. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with. There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's
(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience)
Responsibilities:
Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs
Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition
Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
