Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)

*13 week Contract*

*Pay $3600- $3700/ Week , $90-$95/HR.*

*Overview:*
The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) collaborates with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure high-quality patient care before, during, and after surgical procedures. The RNFA plays a critical role in the operating room by providing hands-on assistance and utilizing specialized skills to support surgical interventions.

*Duties:*
* Conduct preoperative patient assessments.
* Review patient medical history and surgical plans.
* Assist in preparing the operating room, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and sterile.
* Assist the surgeon during the surgical procedure, including handling instruments, suturing, and controlling bleeding.
* Provide exposure to the operative site, manage tissues, and ensure clear visualization for the surgeon.
* Monitor the patient's vital signs and communicate any changes to the surgical team.
* Apply knowledge of surgical anatomy, physiology, and techniques to support optimal surgical outcomes.
* Ensure adherence to aseptic techniques and maintain a sterile field throughout the procedure.

*Qualifications:*
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
* Certification as a Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA) preferred.
* Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certifications
