Principal Product Marketing Manager, Agents for Good

Principal Product Marketing Manager, Agents for Good® Blackbaud is looking for a marketing leader to launch and grow our brand-new agentic AI solutions. This is a rare opportunity to operate with the energy and creativity of a startup inside an established public company focused on supporting the organizations, institutions and corporations that drive social impact. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute GTM strategy for six critical functions including positioning, product launch, sales enablement, competitive insights, and customer evidence. Create master messaging and marketing assets to communicate benefits across geographies and verticals. Drive sales velocity and customer success through education on product launches, buyer personas, market trends, and competitive differentiation. Document key sales plays and enable frontlines on cultivating opportunities within designated segments. Document and promote customer outcomes to influence purchase, adoption, usage, and retention. Arm sales and renewal teams with competitive differentiation and threat mitigation. Qualifications 7+ years of marketing experience within a growing SaaS organization. 2+ years engaging executive audiences with presentation and influence. Track record of adopting, growing, and driving results for an incubating product. Experience marketing an AI solution or certification in AI fundamentals. Mastery of go-to-market methodology and product marketing principles. Exceptional ability to develop non‑technical product content and evaluate AI‑produced content for accuracy. Excellent project management skills and proven ability to deliver on short and long‑term timeframes. Experience & Skills Deep knowledge of competitive market analysis and matrixed organization collaboration. Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Copilot, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Asana, Klue, and Gong.
