You will manage education or municipal construction projects across the Atlanta area, joining a pre‑established team structure. Responsibilities Act as Superintendent on education or municipal projects valued at $100 million+. Oversee project operations, schedule, quality control, and safety compliance. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders. Ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and meet performance standards. Qualifications Proven experience as a Superintendent in education or municipal construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and regulations.
