Sales Specialist, Miami Hermès The Hermès Miami Boutique opened in 2002 and focuses on extraordinary service for clients in a luxury environment. The role reports to the Managing Director and supports the sales team to deliver a high‑quality client experience.
Responsibilities
Sales Objectives: Meet monthly and annual individual sales goals while working as part of a boutique team. Floor Management: Organize and prioritize the selling floor, maintain stock, ensure VM guidelines and EAS tagging are followed. POS & Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, manage receipts, CRM files, and support after‑sales service. Asset Protection: Follow all asset protection procedures, including sign‑ins, bag checks, key control, and participate in inventories and cycle counts.
Customer Service: Provide high‑level service to clients, greeting, assistance, wrapping, and answering questions.
Qualifications
2+ years of sales experience, preferably in a luxury retail environment. Strong relationship development and impeccable communication skills. Calm, multi‑tasking ability with self‑starter mindset. Strong organization and ability to work independently with a team.
Open availability to accommodate business needs. Physical ability to lift 0‑25 lbs. without assistance.
Compensation
& Benefits Hourly rate: $23.72–$26.22 per hour.
