Base pay range $60.00/hr - $68.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Insight Global Job Overview Insight Global is looking for an Electrical Engineer to join a medical device manufacturing company to join the Cardiac Rhythmic Management division where you will lead active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team. The ideal candidate will have a background in electrical engineering and experience leading technical projects through the design verification testing (DVT) phase and the ramp into production volumes. Planning DVT testing with various SMEs, test protocol development, performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment, coordinating and tracking test investigations, reviewing and summarizing electrical test data and leading failure analysis activities. Responsibilities Lead active implantable product development projects as part of the R&D Hardware Design team, including planning DVT testing with various SMEs, developing test protocols, performing bench testing with standard EE lab equipment, coordinating and tracking test investigations, reviewing and summarizing electrical test data, and leading failure analysis activities. Must Haves Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering Medical Device background 5+ years of experience Experience in product development with a focus on the electrical Design Verification Testing (DVT) phase.
