Our client is a fastgrowing Real Estate general contractor, builder and more. We arelooking to hire a highly efficient and skilled project accountant to provideour project team with accounting support. As a professional, you need to reportto the accounting supervisor and manage all project bills and invoices. Youneed to be involved in the project with our project accounting team and part ofour organization that meets our client’s objectives and solve their challenges.

Produce project account in the accounting system Maintain project-related records, contracts and change orders Authorize access to project accounts and transfer expenses toproject-related account Review and approve supplier invoices and time sheet related toproject Review and approve overhead charges and account total relatedto project assets and expenses Investigate project variances and submit the report to themanagement Read and understand the contract regarding the method ofcompensation and sub-consultant terms Enter and modify data in Procore and complete initial projectset up in Procore and submit for review to senior project accountant Review and process sub-consultant invoices and enter thepurchase order in the system Direct billers on invoice requirement including preparation,format, and distribution and follow up accounts receivable or unbilledcost through resolution Ensure apt document control procedures are followed Review project charges, coordinate and complete cost transfer Assists with project closeout duties General project financial reports from Procore. Bachelor’sdegree in accounting Must possess aminimum of 5 years of experience as a project accountant Punctual,reliable and must have strong communication skill Detail knowledgeof project contracts and change order documents Ability toreport accounting supervisor and other project managers Proficientmanaging general ledgers, journal entries, and account reconciliation Expert inproject invoicing and billing In-depthknowledge of best practices in accounting Possess superbcommunication skill towards effective collaborations and client services #J-18808-Ljbffr
