Key Responsibilities Conduct financial analysis on new projects, products, and promotions Evaluate financial viability of proposed initiatives and alignment with business objectives Develop and monitor annual expense plans for assigned departmentsCreate key performance indicators for non‑financial leaders to improve operational performance Identify and report on business metrics that impact growth, profitability, and strategy Provide analytical insights and problem‑solving support to department leaders Partner with category teams and functional groups on profit improvement initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, preferably within FP&A Strong financial modeling and analytical skills Clear and effective written and verbal communication Advanced Excel skills; VBA and SQL experience a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Willingness to relocate (relocation assistance provided) Additional Qualities A continuous improvement mindset, strong collaboration skills, excellent organization, high attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and the ability to deliver high-quality work under deadlines.
