To Learn More visit: Essential Duties and Responsibilities Manage projects from inception through completion, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction. Mentor and provide guidance to early career professionals within the team. Perform detailed site‑civil design, including grading, drainage, and utility layout. Conduct hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for stormwater management and floodplain studies. Ensure regulatory compliance and obtain local, state, and federal permits for projects. Develop business skills relevant to consulting, such as client relationship management and proposal development. Lead a team of early and mid career professionals to complete projects. Develop into a leader for an existing or future practice. Drive personal, company, and rental vehicles to client or company project or office sites, and other business locations, as needed. Education and Licensure Bachelor's degree in environmental or civil engineering (required). Advanced degree in environmental or civil engineering (preferred). Professional Engineer Licensure (required). Skills, Experience and Qualifications At least 7 years (8+ preferred) of direct site civil engineering and consulting experience (required); or equivalent combination of education and experience. Managing complex interdisciplinary projects for private and public sector clients. Effective business development and client management skills. Technical leadership for civil design and site layout. Task and project management (required). Strong oral and technical writing skills (required). Relevant engineering software such as AutoCAD Civil3D, SWMM, HydroCAD, and ArcGIS (preferred). Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client‑driven drug and background testing may be required.
