Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast US BioTek is offering an exciting career path as a Territory Sales Manager for the Southeast , responsible for sales in AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MI, MS, NC, SC, TN, WV, PR and VI. This position will target, acquire, and manage new and existing clinician accounts via outbound calls, e-mails and online meetings for both US BioTek and its subsidiary company, RealTime Labs. This is a remote position; candidates must be located in the Eastern or Atlantic time zone (NC or TN preferred). Essential Duties and Responsibilities Drive growth in your designated region through new and existing customers. Identify and prospect healthcare practitioners. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up. Revive lapsed accounts and identify and engage slumped accounts. Full understanding of market forces within your territory that affect sales. Provide support during the ongoing merger of US BioTek and RealTime Labs testing portfolios and systems. Understand product portfolio and main selling points against competitor companies. Achieve set monthly sales targets. Attend sales video team meetings 2x per week. Participate in local and national trade shows (approximately 2-3 per year). Requirements Proven track record of sales growth, able to deliver results. Self-motivated and the ability to work in a solo environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Excellent customer service, presentation, and active listening skills. Coachable and open to feedback. Preferred Qualifications Laboratory sales experience or holistic/preventative medical sales experience Experience with HubSpot, or other CRM Pay $70k - $110k annually Comprehensive Benefits Package Medical, Voluntary Dental, Vision, HSA, Life and AD&D Insurance, EAP, 401k with employer match, 10 Paid Vacation Days, Sick Leave, 7 Paid Holidays, Floating Holiday, and uncapped commission Location This is a remote position.
