Follows and directs evidence based practices established within the service line. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education: • Graduate of Accredited Medical School. Board certified / Board eligible in Internal or Family Medicine. If Family Medicine, experience in hospitalist setting preferred. Experience/Physical Requirements: Experience in group practice and/or hospital setting preferred. Licensure/Certification: • Active and unrestricted West Virginia License. Current Federal and WV Drug Enforcement Agency Certificate. Fully credentialed according to by laws of the organization.
