4 Level Coach Software Integrator About the Role 4 Level Coach is seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented Software Integrator with experience in construction or construction software. In this role, you will help clients successfully implement and integrate JobTread software into their daily operations to enhance project management, budgeting, and communication efficiency. 4 Level Coach is dedicated to transforming the home building and remodeling industry through systems, strategy, and technology. We offer a relaxed, non-corporate environment where innovation and growth thrive. Key Responsibilities Become an expert in JobTread and/or BuilderTrend and lead client integrations. Customize JobTread features to fit specific home building and remodeling workflows. Train and support users in project management, budgeting, and scheduling functions. Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to align software with project needs. Troubleshoot and resolve software integration or user issues. Monitor and optimize software utilization for maximum efficiency. Develop user guides and documentation for software adoption. Stay informed on product updates and recommend process improvements. Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in the construction or home building industry (Project Coordinator or Project Manager experience preferred). Experience with JobTread, BuilderTrend, or other construction management software. Strong computer literacy and ability to learn new programs quickly. Understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycles. Excellent communication, training, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a remote environment. Creative, analytical thinker with strong attention to detail. Compensation and Benefits Full-time position. Salary range: $65,000 - $75,000 per year , based on experience. 3 weeks paid vacation , 5 sick days , and your birthday off . Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. EST.
