You understand water treatment and plumbing operations well enough to lead with credibility-but your greatest strength is developing and sustain training programs and other systems, aligning teams, and driving measurable results. Position Overview The Director of Plumbing Operations and Installation is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing Service Managers across Michigan, Florida, and North Carolina. This role carries both strategic and operational responsibility, ensuring service operations align with the company's long-term vision while delivering excellent, reliable results day-to-day. The Director of Plumbing Operations and Installation will be an active member of the Senior Leadership Team, contributing to quarterly and annual planning, company-wide initiatives, and strategic decision-making. Regular travel to MI, FL, and NC is required.
