This role offers the opportunity to work with a wide range of clients, lead tax engagements, mentor staff, and help shape the future of our firm. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, technically proficient, and passionate about delivering high‑quality service. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns, including multi‑state and pass‑through entity returns Provide proactive tax planning and prepare projections for clients Respond to federal and state tax notices Support the training and development of staff; serve as a mentor and resource Create a collaborative and supportive work environment Research complex tax and business issues and present clear findings Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for additional services Participate in business development and networking initiatives Assist firm partners with administrative and leadership responsibilities Continuously grow technical knowledge and contribute to the firm's overall success Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s preferred) CPA license (required) 5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax Strong leadership, communication, and client service skills Excellent organizational and time management abilities Commitment to teamwork, growth, and delivering top‑tier client service Why Join Us?
