We are currently seeking a *PRN* XRAY Tech *(8:00 am - 4:30 pm) *to join our growing hospital. Under general supervision, using radiologic equipment to capture images of internal organs for use by Radiologists in the diagnosis of disease and the study of malfunction of organs. Delivers and ensures customer service in all aspects to job. Explains procedure to patient, giving opportunity for questions to reduce anxiety and promote trust. Requires good judgment, needs to be responsible, reliable, and work independently.

Other essential functions include but not limited to :
* Prepare the exam room and x-ray equipment to conduct examinations
* Recognize and record the appropriate anatomy and pathology using radiologic equipment
* Care properly for x-ray equipment and report equipment failure
* Alert appropriate medical staff of any abnormalities that need immediate attention
* Use the ability to solve problems and make decisions
* Work independently or with minimal supervision and as part of a team
* Manage multiple priorities and projects, and display flexibility in a fast-paced work environment
* Display good work ethic and friendly and cheerful disposition
* Maintain the strictest levels of confidentiality
* Pursue professional development for the continual improvement of patient care

*Job Requirements:*
* *At least 1 year X-ray Technician experience*
* *Graduate of an approved ARRT Radiologic Technology Program*
* *American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) RT(S)*
* *Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association*
