Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience supporting, configuring, and optimizing UKG/Kronos workforce management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Analytics, and healthcare workforce productivity solutions, along with experience supporting both UKG Pro WFM and Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) environments.

This role will be responsible for supporting business requirements, system configuration, troubleshooting, enhancements, and ongoing optimization of UKG WFM solutions to improve workforce efficiency, timekeeping accuracy, scheduling effectiveness, and operational reporting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional and technical support for UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM) applications.

  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.

  • Develop and maintain HyperFinds, DataViews, Notifications, and other WFM configurations based on business requirements.

  • Work with Transaction Assistant (TA) and CRT configuration/manipulation to support system functionality and workforce processes.

  • Analyze and resolve application issues, configuration defects, and data-related problems.

  • Support enhancements, system changes, testing, and implementation activities across UKG WFM.

  • Leverage UKG Workforce Analytics to support workforce reporting, operational insights, and performance analysis.

  • Support and optimize Healthcare Productivity solutions, including workforce productivity and staffing-related requirements.

  • Provide functional support for Kronos Workforce Central (WFC) and assist with legacy-to-UKG Pro WFM transition or integration requirements where applicable.

  • Work with UKG Data Hub and related data/reporting capabilities to support workforce data integration and analytics.

  • Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Workforce Management, Operations, IT, and other business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective WFM solutions.

  • Participate in system testing, release validation, upgrades, and production support activities.

  • Document system configurations, processes, troubleshooting procedures, and technical/functional solutions.

  • Identify opportunities to improve workforce management processes through automation, configuration optimization, and analytics.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (WFM).

  • Strong experience with UKG/Kronos Time & Attendance and Scheduling modules.

  • Hands-on knowledge of Transaction Assistant and CRT configuration/manipulation.

  • Experience creating and maintaining HyperFinds, DataViews, and Notifications.

  • Experience with UKG Workforce Analytics.

  • Knowledge or experience with Healthcare Productivity solutions.

  • Experience with Kronos Workforce Central (WFC).

  • Familiarity with UKG Data Hub and workforce data/reporting concepts.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate business requirements into effective UKG WFM configurations and solutions.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in healthcare or hospital workforce management environments.

  • Experience with UKG WFM upgrades, implementations, integrations, and production support.

  • Understanding of workforce management data structures and reporting.

  • Experience supporting complex, multi-location or enterprise WFM environments.

  • Knowledge of payroll interfaces and integrations with HR/payroll systems.

  • Experience with requirements gathering, UAT, release management, and change management.
