This role is responsible for managing senior claims professionals handling the highest-severity casualty and commercial auto claims nationwide, including primary, excess, and umbrella exposures.
Key Responsibilities
& Experience Required:* Lead and develop senior large loss / complex claims examiners within a high-exposure litigation environment* Oversight of complex, high-severity casualty and commercial auto claims with significant financial exposure* 5-10 years of claims leadership and people management experience required* Strong background in complex litigation management and severity control* JD preferred, but not required* Ability to work collaboratively with legal, underwriting, and executive stakeholders* Leadership role within a top-tier major loss operation* High visibility and influence across complex, high-stakes claims* Hybrid flexibility across multiple U.
