Schedule: Thursday-Saturday | 6:00am to 6:30pm

Compensation: $33.70 - $43.60 Per Hour (based on license and experience) + $3,000 Sign On Bonus

About The Role

As a Mental Health and Substance Use Nurse, you will be part of a dedicated team that is making a difference in the lives of young people struggling with addiction and mental health issues. You will work in a beautiful location in Cascade, Colorado, surrounded by nature and tranquility. You will be responsible for providing nursing care and medical support to the clients at the residential treatment center. You will:

Monitor their vital signs.
Administer medications.
Perform assessments.
Coordinate with the medical and clinical staff.
Help create a therapeutic and person-centered atmosphere that fosters trust, respect, and recovery.

You will have the opportunity to use your skills and experience to help the clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals. You will witness their progress and transformation as they heal from their trauma and addiction. You will be inspired by their resilience and courage as they embark on their journey to recovery.

Training & Experience:

RN or LPN license with the ability to practice in Colorado is required.
Previous experience with treatment of substance abuse and/or co-occurring disorders is required.
Training in verbal de-escalation and/or mental health is strongly preferred.
Valid driver's license with no restrictions is required.
Ideal candidate has a minimum of 2 years of experience.
