Nurse Practitioner - PRN (Psychiatric/Mental Health) Location: Tapestry - Lake Ariel, PA Pay: $80-$85 per hour Schedule: PRN (As Needed) Pyramid Healthcare at Tapestry in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking an experienced PRN Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated clinical team. This role is essential to delivering high-quality mental health care to adult clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders in a residential treatment setting. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments for new and existing clients. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with state regulations and best practices. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated, holistic care. Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and medications. Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. Qualifications: Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Pennsylvania (required). Psychiatric or mental health care experience required; PMHNP certification preferred. Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and medication management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team.
