Medical Oncologist Outpatient Oncology Clinic Alaska Position Overview We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Medical Oncologist to join our established and collaborative Hematology/Oncology outpatient clinic in Alaska. Work alongside a highly experienced Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, and a dedicated team of nurses, administrative staff, and a clinic manager. This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated oncologist who values quality patient care, a manageable schedule, and a supportive team environment in a unique and beautiful location. Practice Details Setting : Outpatient Oncology Clinic Team Composition : Partner Hematologist/Oncologist, Nurse Practitioner, Nurses, Receptionist, and Clinic Manager Patient Volume : patients per week patients per day Hours : Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM Call : None or minimal (optional to define based on actual clinic policies) Compensation & Benefits Base Salary : $700,000 Incentives : Additional compensation through wRVU-based incentives Sign-On Bonus : $25,000 Relocation Assistance : $25,000 CME Allowance : $5,000 annually Paid Time Off : 25 days PTO 7 paid holidays
