Family Practice with Obstetrics Physician Opportunity in Cambridge, Nebraska Starting salary is $400,000, plus a $100K sign-on bonus. We invite you to explore a rewarding Family Practice with Obstetrics position at a respected community hospital. Practice Overview You'll join a collaborative team comprising experienced FPOB physicians and advanced practice providers. Participate in a 1:4 call rotation, including labor and delivery. Perform a variety of procedures with opportunities for C-sections. Access to comprehensive on-site and visiting specialist support. The average is 35 births per year. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a lunch break. Manageable patient volume with approximately 16 patients daily. One weekend per month on-call, covering a diverse patient demographic. Flexibility to balance clinic and procedural time effectively. Compensation & Benefits Base salary of $300K, with potential earnings up to $450K. Generous $100K sign-on bonus and RVU-based monthly bonuses. Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and malpractice with tail insurance. Ample PTO, CME allowance, and retirement plans with employer match. Candidate Requirements Board eligible or certified in Family Practice with Obstetrics. Preferably, 2 years of experience; surgical residency is a plus.
