Best Places to Work 2024 Globee Golden Bridge Awards 2024 Our team is excited to find our next Solution Architect to join the company Role: Senior Solutions Architect What you will be doing Customer Engagement: Communicate effectively with Technical Points of Contact (TPOCs), building trust and acting as a technical advisor to guide customers toward achieving their mission-critical objectives Pre-Sales Support: Partner with Account Executives to deliver compelling product demonstrations, respond to RFPs, and craft technical responses to customer inquiries Technical Strategy Development: Define long-term technical strategies for customer engagements, ensuring scalability and alignment with organizational goals Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a bridge between customer stakeholders and internal teams, translating business needs into technical requirements Architecture Design and Review: Develop and review technical architectures that align with customer requirements and industry best practices Technical Risk Management: Identify technical risks in customer engagements and propose mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to create technical collateral and align customer feedback with product roadmaps What we are Looking for DoD SECRET Clearance Minimum of 10 years of experience in supporting the Department of Defense Proven technical proficiency in data science, data engineering, AI/ML solutions, cloud platforms, and or systems integration Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical solutions Demonstrated thought leadership, strong critical thinking skills, and the ability to work independently What are our Preferred requirements Prior Land, Sea, Air Maintenance experience Hands-on experience in Readiness domains like Predictive Maintenance, Munitions Storage Planning, and or Supply Chain Management. Familiarity with risk management frameworks, cloud service providers, and large-scale AI architectures. Knowledge of the unique requirements of DoD and IC environments. DoD TOP SECRET Clearance. What are some Valued skills Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges. Strong collaboration skills to work across teams and organizational levels. Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment while meeting deadlines.
