Salary and Benefits Salary Range: $110,000 - $145,000+ Student Loan Repayment: Up to $110,000 Health Insurance: Employer Contributes More Than 70% Dental and Vision Insurance Offered 11 Paid Holidays PTO: 24 Days Total (10 Vacation Days, 12 Sick Days, and 2 Personal Days) Retirement Package: 401(K) 5% Match Malpractice Liability Covered License Renewal Covered Continuing Education: 40 Hours Approved Time Off and $1,500 Allowance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Full Support Staff No Nights and No Weekends Responsibilities Flexible Scheduling: 5-Day or 4-Day Work Week Options Available Provide comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and medication management for children and adults in an outpatient setting Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including primary care physicians, nurses, and psychologists Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on holistic, patient-centered care Provide counseling, crisis intervention, and psychosocial support Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system (EPIC preferred) Requirements Clear and Active PMHNP License in the State of Missouri Certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) Master's or Doctorate Degree in Nursing with a Psychiatric Specialization Experience in outpatient or integrated care settings preferred Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care About Us Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm bridging the gap between healthcare companies and high-quality candidates.
