We’re currently supporting a well-established, community-focused bank in seeking a "Director, Regulatory Compliance" for a full-time, in-office role located in Mantua, NJ. This critical role will lead the bank’s Fair Lending Compliance efforts and ensure alignment with regulatory requirements. Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal standards. Oversee compliance across all departments to ensure alignment with applicable federal and state regulations, as well as industry best practices. Prepare and present compliance reports, findings, and recommendations to senior management and the Board of Directors. Conduct ongoing monitoring, testing, and audits of business activities to identify and mitigate compliance risks. Evaluate new business initiatives and strategic projects to assess potential regulatory implications. Review team and departmental work to identify compliance gaps and provide guidance, feedback, or targeted training. Stay current on evolving regulatory requirements, internal policies, and organizational objectives to ensure the compliance program remains effective and forward-looking. Serve as a point of contact for employee compliance inquiries and provide clarity on regulatory or policy-related matters. Perform other related duties and special projects as assigned.
