Are you passionate about supporting business growth through innovative products that are reshaping the industry? At Predictive Sales AI, we're revolutionizing the home services market with cutting‑edge AI-driven software, and we’re looking for a talented Product Experience Coordinator to join our dynamic team. If you're passionate about advancing financial practices while supporting tech-focused clients, we want to hear from you Job Overview: The Product Experience Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the successful adoption, usability, and continuous improvement of our platform. This role bridges the gap between product development, internal teams, and customer experience by evaluating platform performance through the lens of end users, analyzing usage trends, and providing actionable recommendations that drive adoption and satisfaction. Unlike traditional QA, this role goes beyond identifying defects in code. The focus is on understanding how real users engage with the platform—ensuring features are intuitive, valuable, and widely adopted. Key Responsibilities: Conduct end-to-end testing for new features pre- and post-release. Provide structured feedback on usability, performance, and adoption potential. Review Inspectlet sessions, heatmaps, and other behavioral data to identify friction points. Translate findings into recommendations for feature enhancements and improved user flows. Track key adoption metrics (e.g., logins, feature engagement, repeat usage). Develop insights into adoption trends and propose strategies to improve platform stickiness. Establish processes for gathering feedback from customers and internal teams. Evaluate requests and discussions (Basecamp, meetings, calls) to spot recurring themes. Provide the PMO Director with prioritized recommendations aligned to enterprise initiatives. Participate in customer calls and internal meetings to evaluate how the platform is presented. Recommend improvements in messaging, onboarding, and training to boost adoption. Desired Traits: We are looking for an individual who is organized, proactive, and detail-oriented. In this role, you will work closely with teams across the company. Here’s what we’re looking for: Thinks Like the User: Evaluates platform through the lens of customer usability. Surfaces Actionable Insights: Translates data into clear, prioritized recommendations. Facilitates Adoption: Identifies opportunities to improve engagement and stickiness. Builds Strong Feedback Loops: Ensures insights from analytics, feedback, and calls are captured and shared. Supports Strategic Alignment: Recommends adoption-focused improvements that align with enterprise goals. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Computer Science, Business or a related field. Experience with user testing, product analytics tools, or behavioral monitoring platforms (e.g., Inspectlet, Hotjar). Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and user behavior. Excellent communication skills to translate complex insights into actionable recommendations. Detail-oriented, with a passion for improving user experience and product adoption. Background in product, operations, or business analysis preferred. Why Join Us? Innovative Environment: Be part of a forward‑thinking company that values creativity and encourages the exploration of new ideas. Professional Growth: Access opportunities for continuous learning and career advancement within a supportive and dynamic team. Comprehensive Benefits: Enjoy a competitive salary, performance‑based bonuses, flexible work arrangements, and a robust benefits package. Collaborative Culture: Work in a team‑oriented environment where collaboration and mutual respect drive our success.
